Excellent service from show room to builder to finished job, absolutely love our new muti fuel burner and fake chimney we had built. Just need to decorate now.

We love our log burner!! We’d used Fireplace Finesse before to install a gas fireplace a decade ago and when it came to looking for a log burner they were our first and only port of call. We were a bit limited on choice due to space and chose the Charlton & Jenrick Pure-vision stove with a new limestone surround and granite hearth. It’s 100% the best decision we’ve made for our home. Great service from Mark and great install by Wayne. A competitive price with no redecorating needed.

We absolutely love our log burner! Everyone at Fireplace finesse have been so professional, thorough and caring throughout the buying & installation process. They squeezed us in for install before Christmas and sorted out an issue we were having - they even rang up to check on everything on Christmas Eve! They really do care about their customers and products.
The care for our home and most importantly our indoor cat throughout installation was just superb, clearing up after install - making sure our cat was safe, who by the way is now in love with the burner as much as we are. We can’t recommend FF enough - thank you so much!

We used them recently to instal a log burner in my workshop and another one in the living room. Very pleased with the results. Extremely professional, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. We shopped around prior to selecting them. We found them to be the cheapest. They do seem to be quite busy all the time, so book early.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Knowledgeable staff gave good advice and a range of options for replacing a defunct gas fire. The fitting was seamless and took less than 2 hours.
